Edgecombe-Martin County EMC is hosting its “drive-thru” Annual Meeting of Members on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the Cooperative from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The business session will kick off at 6 p.m. If you’d like to join us for the business session in person, feel free to park and attend in the main office lobby. For those who prefer to to watch from home, we’ll be streaming the event on Facebook Live.

Here’s what you can expect during the meeting: drive up to designated stations in the parking lot for member registration, receive your Annual Report and ballot, grab an attendance gift, pick up a to-go plate, and submit your completed ballot. All attending members will be automatically entered into a prize drawing for electric bill credits—no need to be present to win.
The drive-thru meeting entrance is through the receiving area, and you’re welcome to drop by anytime between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Looking forward to seeing you there!
