While the look of your bill is changing to provide a cleaner and more modern experience for our members, we want to reassure you that everything else remains the same. Your rates, account details, and payment options are not changing, as this update is focused solely on making your statement a better fit for our membership.

The primary goal of this update is to make your billing information easier to read and more visually intuitive. The new layout moves away from the traditional invoice summary style to a more streamlined and professional format. You will notice that we have introduced enhanced usage graphics, including a color-coded bar graph that allows you to easily compare your current year usage in green against the previous year in grey. Additionally, we have added an average temperature line to help you better understand how weather fluctuations impact your monthly energy consumption.
Your account snapshot, including your account number, due date, and total amount due, is now prominently displayed in dedicated, easy-to-find sections at both the top and bottom of the page for your convenience. We have also organized your service details into a cleaner table, making it simpler to see exactly how your total is calculated, from the kilowatt-hour charges to the basic facility and renewable energy charges.
