Having the right phone number on file is one of the simplest ways you can help us serve you better. Whether we need to return your call, notify you of high energy use, or reach out with important account questions, it’s important that our system has your current information. Unfortunately, many numbers we have on file are outdated, which makes it harder for us to keep in touch when it matters most.
We’ve made updating your information quick and easy. Simply visit our website, click on the Member Resources tab, and scroll to the bottom where you’ll find Update Contact Information. From there, just enter your current phone number and other details. Even if you’ve updated it recently, we encourage you to do it again to make sure everything is accurate.
Throughout the month of November—everyone who updates their information will be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 gift card.
